Hello Folks!!
I recently visited Prague, so I thought why not I share my Being a tourist – Prague story with you.
Romantic and historic, Prague charms all who visit with its beautiful architecture. With a gothic castle perched on high and the Vltava River flowing through the centre, this Czech capital offers the traveller endless reasons to swoon. A sea of terracotta roofs, the John Lennon wall, and the best beer in Europe are only a few of Prague’s delights.
The memories you make will stay with you forever. Capture beautiful photographs in the most iconic spots. Choose from: Charles Bridge; Old Town; Lennon Wall; Petřín Lookout Tower; Prague Castle; Lesser Town; Vrtbovska Garden; or your own custom route.
We spent 3 days in Prague but I will share my experiences in different posts for every single day of our vacation.
First day of us being Tourist, we visited Old Town Square, Astronomical Clock and Charles Bridge.
Where does the true heart of Prague beat? On the Old Town Square of course! It is precisely here that winding lanes of the Old Town run, in order to spill out onto the most beautiful square in Prague. The elegant tower of the Town Hall with the world famous astronomical clock lend this place a unique atmosphere, which captivated US to take a look at its charm.
The Charles Bridge over the river Vltava is definitely one of the most beautiful places in Prague. It is the oldest bridge in the city and it spans the river with 16 pillars. It is lined with statues and lamps and this scenery together with the Gothic bridge towers on both ends makes the Charles Bridge a breathtaking historical monument. There is no better place in Prague for a walk in the evening.
Hope You all enjoyed reading this post of mine.
I will write about other two days in Prague in another blog post.
Thanks for reading and Have a great day you all.
