So here is the Prague Day 2 of Being a tourist.
We visited Prague Castle and Vltava River.
Prague Castle is one the biggest Castles in the world! One can wander around its courtyards, palaces, museums and garden all day long and whilst doing so, admire the overwhelming beauty of a place which has been the seat of Czech kings, emperors and presidents for a thousand years. The whole castle grounds are dominated by the monumental St. Vitus Cathedral, which is one of the most beautiful in Europe. We loved Discovering the secret of this symbol of the Czech Republic and a place which makes Prague one of the most beautiful cities in the world.
There are two types of tours Long Tour and short Tour.
We took Short Tour 😀 which covered St Vitus Cathedral, Old Royal Palace, Basilica of St George, Golden Lane and Daliborka.
Towards the end of the Day we took Prague´s Vltava River cruise, which took us around for an hour and we had view of almost whole city. Seeing Prague from the river, at evening, was spectacular. The castle on the hill was lit up in a fashion that takes your breath away.
