Hello my lovelies.
Hope you all are doing good and keeping safe during these tough times. I know these are uncertain times but we all have to keep it all together and be responsible not just for us but also for others by following the rules and necessary steps issued by our local governments.
I have not blogged for a while, I took a break last year and this year I thought I will get back to it and then this pandemic just put me off to do anything.
But I thought I will share this happy post to divert your minds for few minutes if possible. 🙂
Recently, I went for berry picking to a Farm nearby. And I have to admit I go crazy for only one type of strawberry called Honeyoye. And as the name suggests it is Honey like for real, so sweet and fresh.

This Farm is called Brandts GĂĄrdsbutik and its located in Hedemora, Sweden ,Dalarna if you ever visit this place. You need to have a car in order to reach this place.
This was a perfect outdoor activity during Covid-19 because you choose different lanes that leads to social distancing and you pick these yourself.
I highly recommend doing such activities if possible wherein you are following all the rules and regulations and still doing some recreational activity.

Here are some DOs and DONTs that I have learnt over the years:
Strawberry picking DOs:
Call and check with the farm if you need to book a time.
Carry you own basket or bucket if you plan to pick alot like me :p
Wear comfortable shoes and not so fancy shoes because they will get dusty.
Carry a hat and a bottle of water to keep yourself dehydrated.
Do wear sunscreen.
Strawberry picking DONTs:
Avoid picking strawberries after sunset, you will be attacked by bugs.
Don’t forget to move flags where you have finished to let the farm owner that the strawberries have picked up till that spot.
Respect each other and avoid having long and loud conversation on phones because some come there to relax in peacefully nature.
Hope you enjoyed this post. Keep safe.
XO.
